• Long runs on the beach. The sand, you know?

For the last 14 or so years I have been a software engineer and engineering manager. Currently I am a Principal Consultant at Improving.

For the last 30 or so years, I have been an outdoor kid. Trail running has become my most recent passion.

• Runnin' - 3 50k's (trail), 4 Marathons (trail/road), 5600+ miles since 2025
• Hikin' - 100+ miles @ Philmont Scout Ranch
• Bikin' - TBD Coast to Coast 3200+ mile ride
